Eligible Training Program List Applications (ETPL)

Organizations interested in providing occupational skills training to local PA CareerLink® center participants are invited to submit an application for inclusion on the Statewide Eligible Training Provider List. Applications should be submitted via the Commonwealth’s Comprehensive Workforce Development System.

Before submitting, please download the following documents:  an overview of the application process and step by step instructions — the Training Provider Desk Aid[link to revised document in dropbox: WIOA Training Provider Desk Aide Feb 2016]; and the latest Philadelphia High Priority Occupations list.

All courses must be licensed by an accrediting/licensing body and lead to occupations on the High Priority Occupations list. For more information about licensing, visit the Pennsylvania Department of Education Private Licensed Schools website.
