Philadelphia Works is seeking proposals from qualified for-profit or non-profit organizations with demonstrated capacity in administering public sector youth workforce development programs to manage and oversee Philadelphia YouthWorks. Philadelphia YouthWorks is the local umbrella for workforce development-oriented programs designed for in-school and out-of-school youth. It is an integral part of Philadelphia’s overall strategy to provide quality services that empower youth and assist them to attain success in life and the labor force. This RFP is issued for a two-year period beginning July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017.

Philadelphia Council for College and Career Success Year-Round WIA-funded Programs – closed November 10, 2014

Philadelphia Works and the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN), on behalf of the Philadelphia Council for College and Career Success (the Council) are seeking proposals from schools, non-profits, and for-profit youth-serving organizations, with significant capacity, demonstrable youth-development experience and outcomes to operate year-round WIA-funded programs during the contract period beginning July 1, 2015.
